refactor: move ByteConverter from Helpers to Services namespace

- Move ByteConverter class to App\Ship\Services - Update all imports across Filament form blocks - Update ByteConverterServiceProvider - Add INTEGRATION_CREDENTIAL_PREFIX to CacheKeys enum
